regexxer

regexxer is powerful file comprehensive “search and replace” GUI tool for the GNOME Desktop. It brings UTF-8 and direct PERL-style regular expression support. Additionally, a basic editor is included, enabling you to edit the search hits by hand.

Simply install the following package(s):

After installation, you can start the program by clicking “Applications→Programming→regexxer Search Tool”. Or open a terminal and start it via regexxer.
