Apache HTTP Server

The Apache HTTP Server is a cross-platform web server. It is Open Source (as it is common for software developed by the Apache Software Foundation) and has been the most popular HTTP server software in use since many years.

The Apache HTTP server is the default web server on many operation systems, the majority of web servers using Apache run a Unix-like operating system. Apache supports a variety of features, many implemented as compiled modules which extend the core functionality.

Installation
