PSPad
PSPad is a powerful freeware editor for developers on MS Windows systems.
Installation
Windows
XP and above
Simply download the Windows installer and execute it with administrator privileges.
If you want to run PSPad without installation (“portable”): download the .cab archive (provided on the same page as the installer) and uncompress it with WinRAR or comparable tools (the built-in Windows ZIP-tool does not work!).
