Perl
Perl is a high-level interpreted programming language. Perl is often used to write programs and automate tasks on Unix-like systems. It is still a wide-spread website scripting language, too.
Installation

Simply install the following package(s):

perl-modules
(main) – often needed Perl modules
There are even more extensions and packages. To list them, open a terminal and run:
apt-cache search ^perl-
